Merge PDF Files

About the PDF Merger

Combine two or more PDF files into a single document, entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server — merging happens locally on your device, which makes it safe for contracts, invoices, ID scans, and other sensitive paperwork. Reorder files before merging to control the page sequence of the output, then download the combined PDF with one click.

This tool works in your browser: the files and text you use are processed on your device and are not uploaded.

How to use it

  1. Drop your PDF files onto the upload area (or click to browse).
  2. Arrange them with the up/down arrows — the merged PDF follows this order.
  3. Click Merge and the combined file downloads immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded anywhere?

No. The entire merge runs in your browser using local processing — no file ever leaves your device, and nothing is stored after you close the tab. That is why the tool also works on sensitive documents.

Is there a limit on file size or number of files?

There is no hard limit, but processing happens in your device’s memory. Dozens of normal documents merge in seconds; very large scanned files (hundreds of MB) may be slow on low-end phones.

Will the merged PDF lose quality?

No. Pages are copied directly from the source files without re-rendering or recompression, so text stays sharp, links inside pages keep working, and image quality is unchanged.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Encrypted PDFs cannot be read without the password, so they are skipped with a warning. Remove the password first (print to PDF from a viewer where the file is open, or use the owner password to unlock it), then merge.
